Frequently asked questions.

I love your work! How do I book?

If you are ready to book, or have a few more questions regarding our services, please complete the contact form as accurately as possible. We will be in touch Monday-Thursday.

Weddings typically book 12-18 months in advance! If you are interested in our services, secure your date! We would be honored to help you feel like the best version of yourself on your special day. Service count must be confirmed at time of booking. Signed contract and retainer are required.

Single appointments can be booked 2 weeks or more in advance. If you have something planned for 2-3 months out, let’s get it on the calendar! A non-refundable deposit credited to your appointment is required to hold your appointment day/time. Same-day appointments are not offered.

Single appointments and wedding previews are by appointment only, Monday-Friday . They are not available on weekends during wedding season (May-October). Please contact to schedule your appointment!

What does a wedding package with you look like?

An initial call can be scheduled to discuss your vision and walk through the onboarding process. Once your contract is signed and retainer is paid, your date is secured! Your wedding makeup preview can be scheduled within the 90 day timeframe in advance of your wedding date. If you are living out of the Pittsburgh area, we can schedule around your planned trips to town.

Save LOTS of photos - not only of makeup looks that you love, but please also prepare photos of the overall style you are trying to achieve, in addition to how you normally wear your makeup. We will use these photos to hone in on your ideal look.

On the wedding day, expect your artist(s) to arrive 15-20 minutes in advance of the agreed upon start time. Please provide a cleared table space for the artist kits. Pro-tip: If you are getting ready at a hotel, request a conference room for hair and makeup. This will allow plenty of room for your hair team as well, without jamming too many people in a hotel room.

We provide our own seating for clients, lighting, and all products necessary to complete your desired looks! We bring the studio to YOU! Our process design ensures your party will be ready in a 4 hour timeframe - whether you have 5 services or 10.

After all services and touch-ups are completed, you will be ready to get married! The bride (or groom! Whoever hired us to glam their party) will receive a touch up kit, including lip product.

Pricing packages based on number of artists required to complete your party within a 4 hour timeframe. Travel costs apply to destinations outside of the Pittsburgh area. Weddings on holiday weekends require an additional booking fee. Contact for bride only pricing and availability (weekdays only).

Can I book a wedding makeup preview in advance of securing my wedding date?

At this time, wedding makeup previews (sometimes referred to as trials) are reserved for clients with signed contracts only. Previews are intentionally booked 2-3 months in advance of your wedding date in order to align with the broader event style and current trends. This appointment is also used to discuss and establish your wedding day timeline.

I have never worked with a makeup artist before, what can I expect?

With us, you can expect careful attention to detail, consideration for your desired look, and meaningful consultations to ensure you are receiving the service that you are looking for. Whether you have experience with makeup or not, we cater to you!

It is important to note that when working with a makeup artist, more product than you may be accustomed to is required to yield the best result for longevity and camera-readiness. If you are a makeup lover but would like a professional to take the reins to create the perfect look for your event, we are probably more excited than you are to work together!

Are you inclusive?

All genders, skin tones, and ages are welcome here! Please note, makeup services are reserved for consenting adults 18+.

What will I learn during a lesson with you?

Upon booking, you will complete a questionnaire that will help me understand your experience level and interests. From there, I will formulate a lesson specific to what you are looking to achieve. You will be provided with lesson materials that outline the topics that we cover, and a list of products that you might like to try.

Artist lessons include a live model to practice color theory and technique. We will also use this time to discuss kit essentials, how to consult with clients, and other specific topics selected by you! You may bring your own kit if you would like support in identifying gaps, or looking for product recommendations.
